Sales

We believe in presenting every property for sale in its best possible light yet remain realistic about its qualities. We present each house or site using photographs taken in the best weather conditions and list a home's features realistically. We endeavour to list a property within 24 hours of the signing of our Terms of Business and payment of the Listing Fee.

Our comprehensive Sales Listing Package includes:

  • The supply, erection and removal of a full height reflective For Sale board which is printed in full colour with an optional eye-catching brightly coloured price strip should the client choose to have one.
  • The preparation and supply of an unlimited number of high quality, pre-printed, full colour, glossy brochures which have been created at Property Partners by our Sales and Lettings Administrators using a Desk-Top Publishing package and high quality, high resolution digital photographs. These high quality brochures are displayed in our prominent shop window in eye level display panels which look out onto Dromore Market Square. Our window benefits from the passing footfall of many local and visiting public on a daily basis. The brochures are also displayed inside our office on wall mounted display panels pitched at eye level for ease of perusal and finding a desired property.
  • Internet advertising on 3 websites namely Property Partners' own website www.propertypartners.cc, PropertyPal's website www.propertypal.com and Property News' website www.propertynews.com. This internet advertising comprises all the features and qualities of the property as listed on the brochures with an unlimited number of high quality, high resolution digital photographs designed to show the property in its best possible light.

Property Partners will prepare any advertisements for the relevant newspapers if requested by the client which will comprise the same high quality, high resolution photograph of the front of the property with a list of its qualities and features. Any advertising costs in papers or magazines will be payable directly to the relevant supplier at the time of purchase.

Our team follow up any viewings in a professional and timely manner, providing important feedback to clients immediately on receipt. We will also monitor the progress of a property on the internet advertising websites and advise clients on performance related issues where needed. Any offers made to Property Partners by prospective purchasers in respect of a client's property are confirmed to the client in writing either by email or hard copy. If a sale is agreed Property Partners will create and process Memoranda of Sale for both the vendor's solicitor and the purchaser's solicitor giving all the necessary and pertinent details of the sale agreed with any exchange and completion deadlines requested.

Our team will monitor the progress of any sale endeavouring to bring the sale to completion in a timely and issue-free manner.


Rentals

We believe in presenting every property for rent/to let in its best possible light yet remain realistic about its qualities. We present each house using photographs taken in the best weather conditions and list a property's features realistically. We endeavour to list a property within 24 hours of the signing of our Letting Policy for Landlords and payment of the Listing Fee.

Our comprehensive Rental Listing Package ( £60.00 ) includes:

  • The supply, erection and removal of a full height reflective To Let board which is printed in full colour.
  • A window display of the property, along with a display on panels inside our office.
  • Internet advertising on 3 websites namely Property Partners' own website www.propertypartners.cc, PropertyPal's website www.propertypal.com and Property News' website www.propertynews.com. This internet advertising comprises all the features and qualities of the property as listed on the window display brochure with an unlimited number of high quality, high resolution digital photographs designed to show the property in its best possible light.
  • We provide a rent book to new tenants on behalf of the landlord.
  • We provide interested parties with a Letting List showing all our current properties available to rent.
  • Since the 1st January, 2009 the law requires that all properties to let require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). We can recommend a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to give landlords a quote and prepare this report if required.

We carry out many tasks when a rental property is agreed to prospective tenants which include:

  • Establishing an asking rent which includes rates.
  • Ensuring receipt of a Tenancy Application Form along with suitable references.
  • Preparation of a Tenancy Agreement, a Statement Of Tenancy Terms, an Inventory (if required) and a rent book.
  • Advising the landlord of his legal obligations regarding landlord registration, tenancy deposit schemes, emergency contact numbers and electrical and heating appliances within the property. More information of these obligations can be found on the Northern Ireland government website www.nidirect.gov.uk.
  • Advising the landlord of what action to take if a tenant leaves a property before the agreed term and re-listing or renewing tenancies where necessary.
